Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. If you are unhappy with one of our products we will work with you to resolve the problem. If your items are new and unopened you may return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping cost. Items must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the reason for the return is a result of our error we will gladly pay for the return shipping. If the reason for the return is due to your dissatisfaction we will work with you to resolve the issue. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Once a product has been put together or installed, no refunds will be given if the product is in its intended condition. If the product is defective we will work with you and the manufacturer to replace or repair the product. Product return shipping cost will be borne by the customer if the customer ordered incorrectly. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, our return policy applies, and round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
